What the Hell is Going On?

SixServers,
This seems to be the question I've been getting a lot. "What the hell is going on?" First, I want to apologize about the delay in getting support tickets answered. This will not happen again, we experienced a few minor technical difficulties. We are still getting everything with Ashley finished up and the staff is extremely busy as well. As you have noticed, the forums have sort of puttered out. We are going to keep the forums for global needs and we will be utilizing the e-mail system (so you will get e-mails from us here at SixServe). We are getting everything back on the right track. Here's the projection for the new year:
- Your tickets WILL be answered within 48 hours
- You will receive an e-mail in case of scheduled downtime and unscheduled downtime
- Our systems will be monitored for quality assurance
- You will receive at least one e-mail each month to provide for general details about the month at SixServe
The last bullet mentioned a monthly e-mail. This will be a newsletter of sorts. This newsletter will let you know about the promotions at Squidix, new themes developed by Squidix, and the updates to Ashley and what has been happening with Ashley. You are paying for this service and we want to make sure that you are informed about what you are paying for.
We are also taking care of the spam that has arised on the forum. This will be done today (December 22, 2012).
If you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to contact us by opening a support ticket. We will not actively check the forums for questions any longer. Please expect delays in replies during the holiday season.

In the past, we have provided premium support on all of our free services. Lately, we have been doing a lot more with SixServe and with discontinuing the free services we have found it in the best interest of the SixServe members (that are now paying for basic web hosting) to move the support from the forums to tickets. Tickets are better for the following reasons:
- One on One assistance
- 72 Hour Response Rate
- Private Tickets
- E-mail Notifications of Replies
- Everything's done in the same area (same login as Billing)
We will strive to help you as well as we can, and we will strive to make sure that you, as a dedicated SixServe hosting member, are satisfied. Thank you so much for being with us, and no, we have not forgot you!
