What Dave is trying to say is to order in a few days because we are having server issue's and most accounts won't be accepted in this time and its due to server abuse. We are working on it. Till then just wait and order after two days and without any trouble you should be good to have your account.

Yes use gmail or live/hotmail , we recommend that because its more secure. Its better you use a new mail.
