ban websites that require surveys

You guys should also eliminate hosting for websites that require surveys on one visit or warn them.
-I usually consider these websites as spam

You should also ALLOW downloading, as long as the files are either related to the website or better yet linked off to a 100% free file download website. The files must be legal and not anything that includes copyright protected files.

We do allow that if im not wrong but not something to store files on our server or large files.

If you see a site that looks like spam tell me. I can't manually look at all 700+!
