If you are posting -


To file a complaint against a website hosted by SixServe:

• Ensure the site is hosted by SixServe (check nameservers)
  
• Tell us what part of the ToS it goes against (quote if necessary)
  
• Tell us the website's domain
  
• Tell us any other information you may have about the website

Because you have been suspended:

• If you recieved an email with the suspension details, tell us what it said
  
• Tell us your domain
  
• Tell us your first name (used in Client Area)
  
• Tell us why your account should be opened
  
• Tell us why you think it was suspended
  
• Explain Thoroughly (or else your account will be terminated permanently)

Because your account was terminated:

• Tell us any information sent with suspension/termination email (if one was sent)
  
• Tell us the domain
  
• Tell us your first name (used in Client Area)
  
• Understand that we may not be able to recover files for you
  
• Explain Thoroughly (Terminations aren't often mistakes)
