Hey!
Ok so I have a few questions about the FTP.

I am using Rapid Weaver on my Mac, and it has a built in FTP.
The problem is i have no idea what the stuff is

a) Server:
User Name:
c) Password:
d) Path:

My thoughts:

a) I believe the server is ftp.bhaktiyogalounge.co.cc

i have no idea on this one. i created a new FTP account on the CPanel, but i think I am doing it wrong.

c) Password depends on b.

d) I am assuming the path is /public_html/


one more thing: what is the difference between public_html and public_ftp.
i read about it in the tutorial, but if I want to upload say some music or something where would that go. Like I guess I am asking if public FTP is in someway connected to public_html or something...

Username and password is your cpanels us and pass if I'm not wrong . Path would refer to your port.

Public_html is your root path of the website.

and one last question
is there a reason why the site still goes back to the old host.
I deleted the domain from the old host this morning and updated the nameservers too so they both are to sixserve. I even uploaded some files too. but everytime i went to my domain, i would get a error page on my old host.

Is this because I am doing something wrong or because the domain nameservers are being updated ?

it's just that I am a noob to all this and I want to learn everything

EDIT: i just remembered one thing: I was able to get the SixServe "Site Under Construction" page for my domain a while back

Uhh.. Well have you tried cleaning you cache and history ?

I think I figured out what is wrong. I am assuming it isn't working on my PC b/c the name servers are updating, and i figured i will re publish all teh files as I can see the index page on my mac w/o the theme, so we will see!
