What domain are you using now?

Well you must have not done something right or you would have to remove it manually.

Give the domain name so the support staff can process your request.

Problem solved i guess.
Had the same problem regarding the server issue's. Log onto your billing account and make sure you keep clicking "click to continue" untill you reach the order completion. Or else just log in again and repeat it twice (turn it off once again , you will see it still on sometime), wa-la , problem solved.

Sam . It is conformed that this method does not work. Looks like the system gets reset every few hours and that badge keeps coming back no matter how many times you try disableing it.

Have a look at my domain flightlift www.flightlift.com , its under construction with joomla and still has that batch.
