hello i got an email saying i needed to update nameservers/change index.html or sumthing. i am using the account if u goto my domain ozzichat.com in browser it should load as it does for me the nameservers were changed to a service called cloudflare which helps keep the site online when its offline and helps save bandwidth usage for you guys i dont see that this should be any reason to my account not being in use please check this as i loginto cpanel most days nearly and definatley once a week i even log into forums to read things. hopefully using cloudflare which is also a free service is not against tos if so ill have to find another host i guess as cloudflare is a must for me. :)

but i do like this hosting site and what it has to offer and have not had any issue nor problems with it and im impressed. so i hope this cloudflare issue will not cause any issues.

regards

ricky

CloudFlare is fine. You should be ok as long as you are logging in actively and what not. I'll talk to Sam about it, but if your account should be suspended, let us know and we'll fix it before it gets terminated.
