Tos violation mail

Hello Sixserve ,,

Just got the mail that i am in violation to multiple account TOS . But do i am really as i have one account with my email transferred here from CS . and other one free account is registered here . So i do not violate policy since from here , i have only one account while other was transferred here . Do i still violate policies ??
