We have put a new inactivity system in place to keep our servers less packed with users who are not using their accounts. This inactivity system checks two factors:

• Your domain's IP address. If your domain is not pointed at the correct server, you are considered inactive.
  
• Your index page. If you have not uploaded a side and replaced the default index page, you are considered inactive.

Any users found to be inactive will receive warnings on day 1, 3, and 7, a suspension on day 14, another warning on day 21, and a termination on day 28.

If your account is suspended for not uploading an index page, simply log in to our client area to have it unsuspended automatically so you can access it to upload your web site.

How about websites that get less then 5 page views from different ip address within a week?

It means you are still on the server and your files are kept but your site is disabled.

Yes they can be sometimes and we give a e-mail.

Something like account portal login must be added to consider the accounts for inactivity. If a user doesn't login to the account portal, then that also means user is no longer active.
