Hi Dare sixserve staff ,all respect for your job,i don't want to waste your precious time,but i need some help.My site resetux.sixserve.net work fine after yesterday,then suddenly appears SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTIONS. Please tell me if i do something wrong or if depended from your's server .Thanks very much ,sorry for my English.

You may want to log on to your cpanel and check to make sure all your files are still there, when i do a google search of your website an article link pops up (http://resetux.sixse...in-333-seconds/) it shows it doesnt exist so maybe you deleted it or the files on your cpanel are gone because i know when there is no index.html (or other files extensions...) for the main url the default would be index.shtml which would be the page under construction thats appearing.

We do not delete files like that, simply. It's either going to be suspended or terminated, no more no less.Server's are fine.

delete index.shtml from your public_html directory

Hi I delete index.shtml, but i don't have my site back ,pls help me ,what can I do??? I see my public_html was EMPTY , I am so desperate ..........................

In your cpanel in the file box area, where file managers are there should be one called backups, i would check there to see if you have any backups that you can restore

I wish you have back up your site, if you have the backup, restore your web files to public_html

Find 1 backup and finally and restore it (backup is 6 month's ago :(.).I see all file back in public_html, but I can enter in http://resetux.sixse...et/wp-login.php .I try to put my username and password but nothing :(. Then i use option recover password on ,but tell me there is no user whit my e-mail,i put even admin and pass (random ) but nothing.

thats because your wordpress was hacked. Please do look up for any hacked issue thread in this section. I have helped one user how to recover their Wordpress login info
