Contrary to some beliefs, we are aware that something happened this week to cause index.shtml files to reappear on the server. It is extremely important for you to understand that you cannot just rename this document! You will need to delete the document completely from your File Manager on the cPanel interface! This is imperative, as your account will be terminated or suspended. However, our system does send an e-mail, but some providers may not receive the e-mail or it may be classified as "junk," so please do resolve this before screaming at us.

If your account has already been suspended or terminated, and has not yet been restored, please simply post the domain name below and we will get to it within the next 72 hours. It is extremely important for you all to remember that we are all volunteer staff members and that this is a free hosting company. The support is not top priority, and is only available when our staff members are available. With both busy lives and jobs, it is sometimes very hard for our staff members to come online. Furthermore, for your security and protection, only a few staff members have access to the servers. This means that our response time may be doubled or even tripled depending on the business of those staff members.

If you want premium support, please create an account at Squidix where we offer 24 hour support via phone and support ticket. That's the best option, honestly, for that.

SixServe is doing its best to keep you satisfied, but with very little income, that is extremely hard. While you may argue that bigger hosting companies do a better job, you have to understand that we are limited on both funds and available staff members. While you may argue that we need more staff members, it is not in our best interest and inconvenient to add more staff members at this time.

We hope that you understand the difficulties that we have with the previously mentioned. For confidentiality and such, we cannot release any more information on any of the above.

i have my domain name, avrnet.ro suspended from 22:38 of 18.07.2012
i had my wordpress instalation hacked, but fixed the problem.
could you please tell me if you can restore the domain name on your server ? or should i find another hosting server ?

If you still wish to use our service, just make sure to set your nameservers to ns9.sixserve.com and ns10.sixserve.com and replace the default index page.

Ever since you reactivated my hosting nothing works. The subdoman stratfordhousecoffee.6serve.com no longer does anything. My website no longer works and when I installed another it did not work either. I deleted the index as per other post as well. I am using a subdomain and I am not sure how the name servers come into play. If need be , you can change my main domain to stratfordhouse.co (not .com) and I will point my same server to it.

You help will be appreciated.

Sorry for double post, i was on a rush when i wrote my post.
The problem is that they terminated my account. I was just going to make a backup of my site because of the downtime thatwas worrying me when ii just got the email that saud that it was terminated. Do i havs any chance of the account getting restored?

I am restoring yours currently, it may take up to five minutes, but should work afterwards. Please make sure you delete index.shtml and use your home directory, otherwise it will register as inactive.

This is a simple error, I have fixed it. It may take a few hours to propagate. Please make sure you remove your index.shtml file.
