Is co-location cheaper than just having the D.C. host it alone? How does co-location work?

Co-location is like dedicated, except you own the equipment instead of renting it. It's usually cheaper, we use for our larger servers with 4gb+ of ram.

Colocation refers to an option for small and medium-sized enterprises are to have their servers in another location. It offers these companies the majority of features found in a large IT department of a very low price that is cheaper than an independent department of information technology.
