I recently received an email concerning my new web hosting account. My domain name is gwbs.net.ms. There are several problems:
1. My name is registered with cy)dots.com and the nameservers ns9.sixserve.com and ns10.sixserve.com cannot be used because it's blacklisted. Can I use ns1.sixserve.com and ns2.sixserve.com instead?
2. I cannot get into my control panel URL http://pixie.sixserve.com/cpanel. There must be some connection problems.
3. I am unable to connect via FTP
I am not sure what do to because I am new and I need my website's name servers and website up ASAP
Thanks,
Keith O. Williams

No, try ns8.sixserve.com and ns7.sixserve.com. Ns1 and Ns2 don't work.

I tried ns7.sixserve.com and ns8.sixserve.com and I got this error message: ns7.sixserve.com cannot be used. It's blacklisted by ubl.unsubscore.com. My domain provider is cy)dots.com. However, I did use ns8.sixserve.com and ns10.sixserve.com. Will that work? Also, since this is a new account, I am unable to gain access to http://pixie.sixserve.com/cpanel. Is that doesn't work, I am afraid this web hosting service is not for me and I will have to have my account deleted and go elsewhere. I am not getting the kind of customer service I am looking for and I am a paying client.

Your site is working fine, and your cPanel should be too. Make sure you are typing in the correct information.
Try https://pixie.sixserve.com:2083/

Will those two name servers will get me connected to sixserve.com or do you have to contact the domain provider or give me custom name servers?

You should probably contact your provider to get it unblacklisted. But those should work, yes.
