Restore Backup

I had a website on another server, I made a full backup of it (web files and SQL Database), and when I tried to restore it here, it acted like it was working, but when I look, nothing has changed. Nothing in the memory, and nothing in the Database.

Full cPanel backups must be restored by us. Please move it to your / directory and tell me your domain.
