My account was suspended for "Resource Usage". Any way to get it reinstated and what, if any, steps I can take to calm down the resource usage?

My domain is independentfilmnewsandmedia.com.

In addition, this was included in the email I received (emphasis mine):

Recently we emailed you because we had identified a pattern of abnormally high resource usage on independentfilmnewsandmedia.com. Despite multiple warnings, the problem has persisted so we have had to suspend your account. If you think you will be able to optimize your site, contact us for a temporary unsuspension and reevaluation.

There were absolutely no warnings sent to my email, nor on any account page.

Maybe if I had actually received a warning, something could have been done to prevent this.

I received no such warnings. Also, is there anything I can do to cut down this resource usage? Will upgrading to Special or Premium help?

I just upgraded to Special. Will that help? I can't afford to have my website go down again. I need any other suggestions or help to keep it up.

Also, it seems that entry processes randomly spike. What is the cause of this, and how do I prevent it?

Upgrading to "Special" does nothing aside from allowing you to have more domain names and more bandwidth/space. You will need the "premium" package for the resource usage to be the least concern.

OK, I cannot afford premium. But is there anything else I can do to cut down on the resource limit being reached? I have uninstalled several WordPress widgets. I can't have the site go down again, and am running on absolutely $0. I need any suggestion to keep my site up and running without risk of further suspension. Please!
