Account suspended Why ?

Hello

I am user VERTEL. I have a free account on vertel.sixserve.com.

I have a website on my domain with not a lot of traffic AT ALL. maybe 30 50 users per month.

And i have joomla installed (by you), and recently i've created a folder with another website in it, for testing(my new website).

Suddenly, 2 days after it, my account got suspended, with NO REASON or EXPLANATION. I would like that you could at
least send me an email telling me why my account got suspended ?

please check your inbox or in spam folder, suspended accounts usually will be notified via email along with the reason. If you havent received it, please login client area > Services.

This is most likely due to a violation of the TOS. Please wait for someone from Technical Support to assist you.

I didn't receive any email about this suspension.

Where can I talk to somebody who can explain me in details why this happened ? I am doing a project for my school and its very important.

And what is TOS ? Who should I contact for help ?

An e-mail was sent with the suspension, however your account was suspended for resource usage. I have unsuspended the website and you will need to clean it up or we'll have no choice but to suspend it permanently.

Can you explain me how can i lower the resource usage? Does that mean TRAFFIC to the website?

If so, i have less then 50 visits per month (google analytics results).

Not quite, try optimizing the site. Resource usage is due to the scripts you run.
