Need Support Regarding True Type Support

Hi,

I need help on an issue... I tried installing a script on my website but true type support is not installed on the server. I contacted the support earlier but they said that there is a alternate installed instead of TTF Support. But that is not supported. Please help me out in solving the issue.

Like daniel asked what script are you using and are you getting any errors?
