sites seem to be loading slow

Sites seems to be loading slow as well as cpanel.

cpanel yeah, but site i dont know. Seems fine to me

it loads fast and then goes slow. to be honest i don't know if its the site or if it might be due to the fact that i have my main site integrated with smf forum

probally is. but i think its time i redo my site cause its suppose to be a html 5 responsive theme but it doesn't seem to be
