Unsure of Account Suspension

I had another post but it did not receive any replies. I did not receive an email with any notice or reason of suspension. I have been looking through the forums and I have saw that the majority of problems was with resource consumption. I was planning on upgrading either this week or next week as I know it is hard running a server with free users. I have a competition coming up with my website and I need it up as soon as possible. If that requires upgrading my account that won't be a problem. Please get back to me ASAP, I need to access my emails because I have important information for this contest coming through it.

You were sending a lot of e-mails back and forth. Over 2,000, to be precise. The best option is to upgrade to premium, but if you're going to keep sending that many e-mails, I would recommend getting a VPS or Dedicated Server.

Thank you for replying to me. I did realise that a spammer got a hold of one of my email addresses and I was trying to address that problem. I plan on upgrading to a premium account anyway. I will set up filters and take better charge of stopping the problem. I would greatly appreciate if you could unsuspend my account so I can begin setting up filters and deleting files. I also am expecting a few important emails. Thank you for the explanation and the help!

Hey Dave,

I wanted to say thank you again for unsuspending me. I configured the spam filter settings and blacklists on many of the spam addresses and will continue to do so as they show up. I am currently transferring money into my paypal account for my upgrade. The transfer will be complete within 3 to 5 business days. I will then upgrade my account. Thank you again.
