Account Suspended Sixserve service suspended

Hello, everybody.
I am stuck into a serious problem, that is my sixserve account had been suspended and i don't know why. i sign up for a free account about two weeks ago. I manage and get my free accound and get my website nameservers to update for sixserve. everything was going fine and my site was running smoothly. After i week, when i visited my site it says that my sixserve account is suspended. I had give all correct details during sign up. I wonder, why my account is suspended.

I think they send you an email stating the reason of suspension.

Also check your cpanel

It's because your nameservers aren't set to ns9 and ns10. Unsuspended.

I have checked all my nameservers but still my account is suspended. Please anybody get me out this.

please point your domain to ns9.sixserve.com and ns10.sixserve.com to avoid you account getting suspended again
