Anyone know how to create an Mobile App for My Blog that supports Java,Android,iOS with the help of the RSS feed.?

For Example : If I have a wordpress blog which has RSS feed... How to create an app that updates the posts directly in the user's mobile phone!

If you know any software used create mobile apps or any website that creates mobile apps... Then please specify or suggest me.?

i mean "for wordpress, you can send post via email". For this technique i dont remember much how but there is settings in wordpress that allows you to send post via email, just have to look up in google.
