so how does that work? lol do they like just install and get it up and running or do they make it where the theme matches with your primary site if needed?

The person orders the service, we set up the WordPress on their website and we set up the themes, etc. They chose what theme they want out of the hundreds that we provide. We then install EVERYTHING for the client that is listed in the package they ordered. Some packages include custom pages and what-have-you.

I can do everything on there except for : Contact Form Setup (Depending on Theme). I always end up messing up on that one, well I can do it on a normal wordpress installation and network installation but if its added with buddypress something will go wrong for me. (96.9% of the time).
