My details have been entered correctly. Based on other threads it would appear that you are using IP geolocation to match postal addresses to IP addresses.
For most users in the UK this will not work as dynamic IP addresses are common and relate to the postal address of the Internet Service Provider, not the subscriber.
My current IP address shows up as Manchester which is over 250 miles from my location.
I could put the address of the ISP into my details, but that seems to defeat the point of providing genuine information.

How do I proceed?

Considering I can't even find your order, I will need your domain before I can check. But overall, it is based on a lot more than just location. According to your IP and our tracing systems, you live in Bexhill, not Manchester.
