Hello Support,
I was working on moving all of my domains here, and I started uploaded mobius-design.net tonight. Any of the four sections on the domain point to a subdomain, at least they're supposed to. Going to those subdomains yields the dreaded Template Error that others have had.
I'm wondering if perhaps I may have done things out of order or otherwise imprecisely. I created the subdomains then started uploading everything. Using WS_FTP pro, I clicked on the local directories which correspond to the subdomain directories on the server and uploaded them one-by-one. Could I have overwritten something in this process that caused the template error?
Thanks.
Dreaded Template Error

What is an example of a subdomain so I can look? Also, it may have been temporary. Check now.
Best Regards,

Just tried them all, still resulting in the Template Error (redirecting to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi).
Main domain, as mentioned: http://mobius-design.net/
Subdomains: http://design.mobius-design.net/, http://hosting.mobius-design.net/, http://forum.mobius-design.net/, and http://pivotx.mobius-design.net
Navigating into the subdomain's folders works when placed on the end of the main domain; though, oddly, there is nothing in hosting. Maybe I didn't upload it as I thought I did.
EDIT: For grins and giggles I tried going to http://pivotx.mobius...n.net/index.php and the resulting page is the SixServe 404 page.

That's generally the case with this error, I'll look into it.

If it helps, I have a few add-on domains, too, and a couple of them have a subdomain. Those work (e.g., http://m.cos-lutheran.org/). mobius-design.net is my parked domain.

I too am having this issue with a site I just opened on your servers. The address is clarkshs.6serve.com. I read somewhere else this is an issue with SixServe's Apache configuration. Let me know if you need any more info from me in resolving the issue...
