Just bought a free hosting (9.9$). How can I host another domain using cpanel.

go to parked domain or add-on domains and you should be able to add domains that way through cpanel or through your client area you can also by using the domain field of the client's area

I tried to move my domain Ilamaran.in using Addon domain option and the got the below Error

Using nameservers with the following IPs: 62.75.183.158,62.75.183.161 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

that just means that it isnt assigned to our servers and it is't pointed to another site. once you change the nameservers or ip address for it it will work.

You must point you domain to the server first then shortly after that you able to add it to your account
