upgrading

so my question is if I upgrade will my site get priority use of the server over all the free accounts? Everyday there seems to be times when it takes forever to use or load my site so I was considering upgrading if it would solve the problem.

Come on, we dont have that much of problems in free hosting, just a bit of abuse.. but yeah Ofcourse you get priority support and if you want your website to be uptime 99.9% you get it and access to our premium support tickets 24x7 etc,.

Upgrades are hosted on an entirely different server in a different facility.
