Why is My Website Marked as Fraud?

I ordered free hosting for bitcafe.s1x.me a bit ago, it was pending for a while then today it said fraud. Why? I don't use a proxy. :(

Your I.P dosent match or your address and contact details are wrong/ not properly filled up.
