Another Website Marked As Fraud Why?

The last time I posted this topic it got deleted with no answer ???

Why has my new hosting sign up been marked as FRAUD?

confirm.s1x.me

I have made sure all contact details are correct and I do not use a PROXY.

I signed up from my home internet connection.

My IP address is not a static one so it is dependent on my ISP.

Sometimes it will conect me to a maidenhead server other times a slough server it often changes I have no control over this.
