What error are you getting? Tried re-setting the password ?

Message is : « Login Attempt Failed! » No possibility to reset password.

I can change password in clientarea, but I do not find where it is possible to change password for cPanel.

In clientarea, I have only"Request Cancellation" in "Management Actions". Nothing for changing password of cPanel/FTP
