Do you guys have an email for your billing department?
If not, should i post questions related to billing here?
I don't like the idea, but if there's no other way...
Thanks in advance.

Hello:
The invoice was sent using the email address general@sixserve.com.
Replying to it results in the message bouncing. Here's a copy of the error:
"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
pipe to |/home/sixserve/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php
generated by general@sixserve.com
local delivery failed"
Therefore, due to the urgency of the matter I will post the same right here:
------------------------------
First of all, I need to know that the domain that I've transferred to you (INNERLAB.COM) is already in your possesion.
This is because I was supposed to pay Network Solutions for its renewal TODAY, March 19.
Now, in relation to your invoice #4083, I need a few days to transfer money from my bank into my paypal account.
This takes about a week.
However - and due to an error of mine- , I think Paypal has already issued a check to you,
which will surely bounce and result in penalties (to me alone hopefully) from my bank.
Please, let me know ASAP if my domain is in danger of being loose in the market and of being acquired by someone else!
Thanks in advance

According to our system, your transfer hasn't started yet and your order is still pending as we haven't received the money yet. Sam will help you with the invoice.

So, I suppose I better pay Network Solutions for keeping the domain. As I said, it expires today.
Then, I suppose I'll have to pay you for the transfer. Any ideas on how to handle this matter in a way that my ownership of the domain won't be in jeopardy?
Thanks again.

I would renew with them just to be safe and then when the echeck clears we can start the transfer.
