I just applied and am already marked as a fraud. I explained my order was being placed with a 3G USB device, since I'm studying far from home, and it's either this or the college's connection, when I have it. Also, my home connection has a Dynamic IP, so most connections will seem to originate from different computers.
The website would be a portfolio and contact system, along with a possible backstage area for members, of a group of artists from Portugal. Music clips will come from SoundCloud and videos will be hosted on Vimeo, there shouldn't be a drain in bandwidth.
I don't know why I was marked as a fraud, Maybe it's because my address (I used my home address) has special accented characters?

For the sake of ordering, please use the college's information. You can change your billing information after this. It is only to confirm that you are whom you say you are.

You can use the billing information of your friend too. Basically, your billing information needs to match your current physical location. After ordering, you can change it to whereever you'd like.
