Order of Free Hosting marked as Fraud

Hello everyone

My name is Oscar, I'm from colombia and Today I make an order to use the free hosting server for a educational Website.

I read the terms of use of the web and First: I don't use a proxy connection to internet, I use my own home connection and I can't have a static proxy because my internet service provider doesn't manage that.

Second: Do I have to request for another order ? well if it's the solution I'll do it but I read a lot of people with the same trouble.

here's my account details:
