Sixserve,

I recently set up a web hosting account (1 week ago) and was getting a "Hosting Account Inactivity Warning" 2 days later.

Because you have been suspended:

If you recieved an email with the suspension details, tell us what it said
- "Our system has detected over a period of time that your hosting for mktbaf29.com is no longer being used. The account has been suspended."
Tell us your domain
- mktbaf29.com
Tell us your first name (used in Client Area)
- Michael
Tell us why your account should be opened
- I am actually pursuing a BSIT degree in web design and I need this account to host my school projects.
Tell us why you think it was suspended
- Not too sure on this one. The original email I received after setting up the account said it would take up to 48hrs for my domain to propagate and I was already getting inactivity warnings.
Explain Thoroughly (or else your account will be terminated permanently)

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! :D

Do you actually own mktbaf29.com?

Dave,

I got that domain from sixserve's free domain name generator so I think the answer would be yes. I am new to the web-hosting thing so I apologize for any lack of knowledge.

Sixserve doesn't offer free .com, .net, .org etc etc, Sixserve only offers free subdomains.

Just a miss-understanding, you can either purchase that domain, and or choose a free sub-domain from Sixserve or use http://dot.tk for there free domains and point sixserve nameservers to the domain :P

I am going to go ahead and use a sixserve free subdomain but how do I do that now that I already have an account created? I am not given the option to add a sixserve subdomain in the client section. Am I going to have to register a new account? I apologize for all the trouble.

Just cancel your old account and order a new one through the client area.
