We have a new policy concerning support tickets. As most of you (that have been with us for a while) know, we used to provide the Support Ticket feature via the Client Area to all free and paid customers. As of November, we stopped providing this service. It has been further decided after reconsideration that our support ticket feature will be re-enabled at SixServe's client area. Clients that have purchased a product from SixServe may have the option to submit support tickets via their Client Area. However, free members may not use the support ticket feature, but still have the rapid replies via the support forums here! Valid purchases include, but are not limited to:
- Domain registrations
- Our Special Hosting package ($9.99 USD Annually)
