Craig

I didn't receive any email notification.

I'm not to sure why my account was suspended. I have multiple sites hosted on the free plan is that why?
I read through the terms of service and that is all that I thought I may have violated. By the phrasing used in the ToS I wasn't sure.

If this is the case can I reduce the number to just one and start using it again?

Thanks
Craig

Craig, of course you can reduce it to one account. Just let me know which services you want cancelled and I will activate the one left over :)

I had a few psd files that weren't being by the site and just being stored since they were for the pictures on my site. I think my site was 28mb on their server and I had a decent amount of traffic. Probably about 10 visitors a day, but nothing to crazy. I wasn't hosting any large files off of my site though. I'm really quite at a loss for what I did wrong.

OK, so you can only have 1 free site per account?

That is correct. We sent out emails in regards to you having multiple accounts before we suspended you.

O ok, well I found them in my spam section in my email just now. I apologize for making multiple free accounts, if possible I would like to cancel JanTuttleMusicStudio.com and Dboyer.sixserve.net in order to keep using my other one.

One of the sites (Craigtut.com) is for myself but the other two are for other people. If I have them each sign up for an account and create a free host plan for themselves would that be alright? I just did it under one account to make it easier for me to access them.

Sorry for all the questions and for breaking the ToS

That is fine then. I will reactivate all accounts and add a note stating that the other domains are for customers of yours. As long as it's one account per person, we're good to go :) Just don't go crazy

Thank you so much! I'm eventually going to be needing a host for two other sites I'm working on for a couple clients. Both of them won't have major traffic so I don't really want to have them pay for a web host when there are plenty of free ones that I could use. Should I look elsewhere then for free hosting servers or should I just have them make separate accounts?
