You were suspended because you have two accounts. You may only have one account. I will reactivate both, however, if you want to upgrade to our unlimited domain package and that way you can get all of your files. The accounts will be suspended again in 24 hours if you have not ordered the unlimited domain package at that time. We will give you 24 hours to retrieve your information. Otherwise, you will need to cancel one of the accounts if you don't want the unlimited package at this time. Do you want to proceed with this process?

it didn't allow me to upgrade. can you please invoice me to unlimited package change my account state

I have manually created the order on your account. You will be sent the invoice for the order soon. The order will be approved shortly after you pay for the product.
