I rely on notepad - simple & elementary...

Head on over to the W3, fetch the CSS official standards, read and learn them, open vi and get coding
There are very few apps indeed to produce proper mark-up / CSS. So far haven't found one to match my own brain-work. Takes time to grab the deeper meaning but sure pays in the end. It's always better to know what your code is all about rather then relying on some dumb app to splash out some magic. Regards, Peter Heinrich Claus.
