Hi,

First of all, thank you for providing this wonderful service FOC to many who need this.

I've been reading threads on acccount being suspended or cancelled due to eating up resources. Being a newbie in helping a non-profit organization to set up a discussion forum, just wonder if you could kindly explain a little how you define eating up resources and how much resources are allocated to each account . Do you have a specific number or percentage that could provide as a guidance so that I can make sure the forum is not passing the limit you set?

Thanks very much.

Your resource usage should'nt exceed 70% to be on the safe side. We have tools in Cpanel to keep an eye on it , you can monitor there. Less than 20% should be fine , we dont have a specific no or % actually but limit's approx.

Thanks for your quick response.

Are you referring this to the percentage of CPU Usage under Stats in CPanel?
