I think you guys' IPs are blocked, I'll clear the firewall.

Ok, that did it everything is working now. FTP, Cpanel, Webmail, and the website are all working on my computer.

Glad you guys found the problem :)

It's working very well at the moment, but every few hours or so it gets slow or the server seems to die for a few minutes. It's not really a big deal anymore though.

Is there a reason the damn server won't stay up?
I was considering paying for an upgrade, but when you can't even maintain your servers I feel like I'd be wasting money.
The server seems to have been down for the last 15 minutes so far, I can't even load the server status page...

Well, I spoke too soon. I'm locked out again and the traceroute stops out the datacenter again. I'll check again later tonight, I hope it gets fixed again. Thanks

If only they cared a bit more, It's not like I'm running an ordinary website, I'm running a forum community, people check forums more often than an ordinary website, and when the server screws up people become deterred and most likely will never return.

UndellaBay, this is free hosting, we're on a tight budget here given that we're running a state of the art E3 CPU with SSD drives, we can't in addition hire people to immediately fix every problem for every user. Upgrades are entirely different. Different staff, different server 2,000 miles away.

But the server is running fine, hasn't been down since the other day when we were attacked. Post your traceroute output here.
