after moving to the new server don't think that you shall increase the entry prosses

If we would do so, some people would take advantage of this and use it at the wrong side and eat our CPU which may just lead to more abuse. However, we dont have much limits with our premium hosting tho.

but the new server has 32gb of memory he is more better then the first one

Zakaria, the new server will allow you to do more with the same number of entry processes. Since it processes the request quicker, it keeps the number lower at any given point in time. 10 EP on here is like 20 EP on the old server.

ok
but can you change the 508 error page.
and put on it a refrech code so when i reach the limit of entry process the people do not get an error page they will have to wait few seconds before page load.

Just change the 508.shtml in your public html folder.

It's a suggestion SAM, you there is even 1% chance, please increase the entry process to 20.

The resource is increased in our premium hosting plan compared to our free hosting service. There are a few reasons (safety) reasons as why we don't increase them , but as Sam mentioned our new servers can take on that power tho resources are to a limit. We take everone's suggestion in hand. :)
