what discussion is good?

i am already using smf and mybb and usebb. but i want something more better. i am also wanting info about paid boards like vbulletin and ip board. i know ip board is good as well as vbulletin but i want something that is worth money if it is going to be paid for.

vBulletin is more than worth the money. Free, MyBB all the way.

MyBB free, paid I'd go with IPB, I can't stand VB. VB is old and well known but IPB is better software IMO, ask people who have tried both and most will probably tell you IPB.

vb i have used its alittle old like but its ok. i can do some nice modding to it. ip board idk about modding but by looks it looks pro when you visit it

but vb is so high for one license. almost 200 dollars. i am looking to spend only about 200 dollars for a board

IPB is also good and its costly for a renew licence. Free boards are myBB, phpBB , SMF and paid ones IPB (my fav) , xenforo , VB (old fasion'd).

i am mostly gonna go with ip board. i have a question how do i check a license key tho? i always love to check them even if i buy them from the main site. its how i am. i whether be safe then sorry and also how would i prove i bought the license?

We can know if you have a nulled one/ retail one or a licensed one very well. i know with some places theres a way to show off that your license is valid to the public with a name or status. idk if ip board has that option or not. like with vbulletin if you paid to have it branded it would show that you paid for the license and removal. what i am wanting is for members or visitors to be able to see that i paid for my ip board and that the license i have is valid and will work.

i understand that i shouldnt have any worries it for the sleepless worries that be taken care of. i will be showing that i have purchased the board when i do i planned on it so i wouldnt have to worry about anything. i have stopped using vbulletin cause allot of sites won't allow it even with valid license and paid for.
