Hello ,
You can create a direct link to phpMyAdmin, but I believe you would still need to use your cPanel user name and password to access it. so that defeats your purpose. I did a check to see if it was possible to create an account only to access phpMyAdmin but I only see the ability to create database access accounts.
Like , for eg.,
https://hostname:2087/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; "><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; ">Change "hostname" to your servers hostname or ip address.
You would need the cpanel password tho , even for security measures. You can also have a separate phpmyadmin installation. You can download the installation package from official phpMyAdmin website.
Besides , you'r supposed to post this topic in the general web discussion section and not in tutorials.
Edit: This topic has been moved from tutorials.
